This auction is for my 2008 BMW 328i, I purchased this car in September 2015 to be my daily driver. I purchased it from a family in Miami. I am a 65 year old retired engineer who has always been a car guy. I have enjoyed driving this car and adding a few aftermarket upgrades to make it look different from other 328's. However, contrary to what my wife thinks we do not need two 4-door cars. So I recently purchased my dream car, a current generation Mercedes SL500 hard top convertible. Vehicle condition of the BMW is as follows: exterior - 8.5/10, interior - 9.5/10, mechanical 8.5/10. Other than mechanical condition the photos will enable you to make your own conclusions on the condition of the car. Please remember it is a 7 year old car and is not new or in showroom condition. However, it is in better condition than any other 2007-2009 generation 328i's that I looked at for sale under $10,000. Walking up to the car in a parking lot is always a joy - I always get compliments about how great it looks. I have replaced the following items within the past 6 months. Mechanical: battery, eccentric shaft sensor, coolant over flow tank to radiator tube, valve cover gasket, coil pack insulators, left & right front brake calipers, engine splash shield and a replacement transmission with (71,000 original miles and a 6 month warranty). Body/Interior: front spoiler, HID/LED headlights, steering wheel, BMW floor mats, right rear window drive gear sensor, start/stop button, right taillight assembly. Tires are in very good condition. Mobil One synthetic oil and synthetic filter were changed at The pictures show the car as it looks everyday. There are no shiny protectorants sprayed on the dash or under the hood. What you see is how well the car is maintained not doctored up to look good in sales pics. All original manuals and 2 key FOB's are included. The vehicle history report indicates an accident. The previous owners stated that the car was scratched while in a Publix parking lot. The wife got the vehicles tag number and they reported them to the police - therefore it appears as an accident report. They did not file an insurance claim. I have included many pics of the right rear door, trunk, and quarter panel - inside and out. As you can see there isn't any current damage or evidence of body repairs. I will assist with loading vehicle if it is shipped by carrier. I have a clear title in my possession to be transferred to buyer with a "bill of sale". I regularly drive this vehicle so the mileage will be slightly higher at time of sale. The vehicle is for sale locally. I reserve the right to end auction early. I do not know why "buy it now" option disappears after a bid is placed. The buy it now price is $8,000 and will be available until bidding exceeds that amount.
