My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2005 Volvo S50 with the desirable T-5 engine and very rare 6spd manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking little sedan. It is finished in white over gray cloth interior and shows very well for its age. As with any car, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific S40, the only thing really worth pointing out is that the rocker is slightly bent on the right side at the back of the rear door (see photos). Otherwise, not too bad for an 11 year old car. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The big factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards show their age well. The carpets aren't perfect but also show their age well. There are a few stains on the seats, but nothing horrible. There is a cigarette burn on the passneger's seat, but there is no cigarette odor in the car. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of owners manuals are included. Mechanically, this little Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine doesn't smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Braking and steering feel good, too...although there is a little vibration in the steering wheel under braking from highway speeds so you'll probably have to put new pads (and maybe rotors) up front. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The turbo spools up quickly and delivers good power. The clutch engages smoothly and doesn't slip or chatter. Gear changes through the six speed manual transmission are smooth and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. I've personally put about 200 miles on this car and she is a blast to drive. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2005 Volvo S50 with the desirable T-5 engine and very rare 6spd manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking little sedan. It is finished in white over gray cloth interior and shows very well for its age. As with any car, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific S40, the only thing really worth pointing out is that the rocker is slightly bent on the right side at the back of the rear door (see photos). Otherwise, not too bad for an 11 year old car. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The big factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Volvo to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards show their age well. The carpets aren't perfect but also show their age well. There are a few stains on the seats, but nothing horrible. There is a cigarette burn on the passneger's seat, but there is no cigarette odor in the car. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of owners manuals are included.
Mechanically, this little Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The turbocharged engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine doesn't smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Braking and steering feel good, too...although there is a little vibration in the steering wheel under braking from highway speeds so you'll probably have to put new pads (and maybe rotors) up front. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The turbo spools up quickly and delivers good power. The clutch engages smoothly and doesn't slip or chatter. Gear changes through the six speed manual transmission are smooth and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. I've personally put about 200 miles on this car and she is a blast to drive. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
