My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very well equipped 2007 Volkswagen Passat wagon. I would rate the exterior of this Passat to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a beautiful car. It is finished in a gorgeous light blue over black sport leather interior with the optional large alloy wheels for a very aggressive and unique look. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Passat, there are a few small bubbles under the finish around the fenders, but nothing bad. You'd have to be up very close to the car to notice them. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The headlight lenses are crystal clear and show well. The xenon HID adaptive headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road and adjust as needed automatically. All of the parking sensors are intact and working properly, too. The optional sport alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Passat looks inside and out. I would rate the interior of this Passat to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. Throughout the interior, the carpets are clean and full looking. The deeply bolstered leather sport seats are soft and supple to the touch but hold you firmly in place. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. One time, I swear the power driver's seat moved on its own...that was interesting. Both front seats are heated, too. The audio system is the original Volkswagen Premium Sound, which sounds great. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. Back in the cargo area, there is an impressive amount of room for all of your stuff. The original owners book is included. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Passat. Mechanically, this Passat appears to be in good running and driving condition. The optional 3.6L VR6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Braking and steering feels good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times. She feels strong and smooth, just like she should. The 6 speed DSG double clutch gearbox engages and shifts normally. The airbag light stays on and the check engine light is on for the air-flow meter (code P0100). This code was present when I acquired the car. I replaced the MAF but the code is still coming up. It drives normally with no issues. I asked a friend who is more fluent in VW than I am. He suggested that it might need adaped. Before, I could tell that the MAF had an issue. Since replacing it, she drives perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The 4Motion AWD system is also tested and working properly. This well optioned wagon is an absolute blast to drive in any weather. However, when things get bad, that's when she shines. 4Motion AWD gives you the confidence to handle winter weather in complete comfort. It's funny to think that, less than 10 years ago, the person who bought this car probably paid as much for the options on this car alone (VR6, 4Motion, PDC, etc.) as you're going to pay for the whole car...that's quite a good deal for the savvy shopper. Labor is covered by CARS up to $60/hour. A $100 deductible per claim applies. Claim cannot exceed the value of the car. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very well equipped 2007 Volkswagen Passat wagon. I would rate the exterior of this Passat to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a beautiful car. It is finished in a gorgeous light blue over black sport leather interior with the optional large alloy wheels for a very aggressive and unique look. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Passat, there are a few small bubbles under the finish around the fenders, but nothing bad. You'd have to be up very close to the car to notice them. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The headlight lenses are crystal clear and show well. The xenon HID adaptive headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road and adjust as needed automatically. All of the parking sensors are intact and working properly, too. The optional sport alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Passat looks inside and out.
I would rate the interior of this Passat to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. Throughout the interior, the carpets are clean and full looking. The deeply bolstered leather sport seats are soft and supple to the touch but hold you firmly in place. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. One time, I swear the power driver's seat moved on its own...that was interesting. Both front seats are heated, too. The audio system is the original Volkswagen Premium Sound, which sounds great. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. Back in the cargo area, there is an impressive amount of room for all of your stuff. The original owners book is included. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Passat.
Mechanically, this Passat appears to be in good running and driving condition. The optional 3.6L VR6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Braking and steering feels good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature at all times. She feels strong and smooth, just like she should. The 6 speed DSG double clutch gearbox engages and shifts normally. The airbag light stays on and the check engine light is on for the air-flow meter (code P0100). This code was present when I acquired the car. I replaced the MAF but the code is still coming up. It drives normally with no issues. I asked a friend who is more fluent in VW than I am. He suggested that it might need adaped. Before, I could tell that the MAF had an issue. Since replacing it, she drives perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The 4Motion AWD system is also tested and working properly. This well optioned wagon is an absolute blast to drive in any weather. However, when things get bad, that's when she shines. 4Motion AWD gives you the confidence to handle winter weather in complete comfort. It's funny to think that, less than 10 years ago, the person who bought this car probably paid as much for the options on this car alone (VR6, 4Motion, PDC, etc.) as you're going to pay for the whole car...that's quite a good deal for the savvy shopper. Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
