My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most questions are answered in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1995 Jeep Wrangler 4x4. I would rate the exterior of this Jeep to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking Jeep. It is finished in red with diamond plate on the rockers and corners. The red finish shows good for its age and still has a nice shine to it. The only rust hole I could see was on the right fender edge where it meets the flare. Otherwise, the body looks in good shape. From what I can see, the frame rails look solid from front to back. The soft top looks newer and shows very well. What looks to be a bikini top is also included. All of the glass and lenses are intact. There is a heavy duty front bumper with a 9,000lb winch. I'm not sure how to work it or if it works...but it's there. This Jeep has been lifted and has a very aggressive stance. The black wheels look good and are wrapped in a matching set of BFG's, measuring 33x12.50, with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior, what there is of it, to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. I will preface this by saying that I've done absolutely nothing to this Jeep to prepare it for photos. I was going to wash it...but it was cold so I didn't. The carpet has been removed so the floor is bare. The good news is that the floors look solid. The rear seat has also been removed. The dash looks fine for a 20 year old truck. The seats have covers on them. I peaked under the cover at the drivers seat. It has some rips but I've seen worse. All of the instrumentation appears to be working. The heater works. She has a sound bar, too. The interior lights on the sound bar work but I can't seem to get the radio to do anything so I don't know if the speakers work. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L four cylinder engine starts right up and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners aren't bad for a lifted truck with tires almost double the size of what would have came on it originally. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. The check engine light comes on once in a while but my scan tool won't communicate with an OBD1 vehicle so I don't know what it thinks is wrong...but everything feels fine. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are good for a 20 year old Jeep. If you don't pay attention, you'll scratch a gear here and there but it's nice and smooth once you learn it. I believe there is something wrong with the transfer case. In 4Hi, there is sometimes a clunking under normal load which transforms into slipping under heavy load. 4Lo seems to not have this problem. In 2WD, it gets down the road fine with no issues. I don't really know much about Jeeps, so it is what it is. Also, the speedometer works when it wants to work. The odometer shows 122k miles but it will be sold TMU (True Mileage Unknown) because of this. She does have a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of August, 2016. The soft top looks newer and shows very well. What looks to be a bikini top is also included. All of the glass and lenses are intact. There is a heavy duty front bumper with a 9,000lb winch. I'm not sure how to work it or if it works...but it's there. This Jeep has been lifted and has a very aggressive stance. The black wheels look good and are wrapped in a matching set of BFG's, measuring 33x12.50, with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior, what there is of it, to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. I will preface this by saying that I've done absolutely nothing to this Jeep to prepare it for photos. I was going to wash it...but it was cold so I didn't. The carpet has been removed so the floor is bare. The good news is that the floors look solid. The rear seat has also been removed. The dash looks fine for a 20 year old truck. The seats have covers on them. I peaked under the cover at the drivers seat. It has some rips but I've seen worse. All of the instrumentation appears to be working. The heater works. She has a sound bar, too. The interior lights on the sound bar work but I can't seem to get the radio to do anything so I don't know if the speakers work.
Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L four cylinder engine starts right up and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners aren't bad for a lifted truck with tires almost double the size of what would have came on it originally. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. The check engine light comes on once in a while but my scan tool won't communicate with an OBD1 vehicle so I don't know what it thinks is wrong...but everything feels fine. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are good for a 20 year old Jeep. If you don't pay attention, you'll scratch a gear here and there but it's nice and smooth once you learn it. I believe there is something wrong with the transfer case. In 4Hi, there is sometimes a clunking under normal load which transforms into slipping under heavy load. 4Lo seems to not have this problem. In 2WD, it gets down the road fine with no issues. I don't really know much about Jeeps, so it is what it is. Also, the speedometer works when it wants to work. The odometer shows 122k miles but it will be sold TMU (True Mileage Unknown) because of this. She does have a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of August, 2016. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.

We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
