1940 International Panel Truck mounted eons ago on a 1965 Jeep Wagoneer drivetrain. Old 80's street rod. In storage since purchased @5 years ago. Last registered in 1990. Ran in 4WD and 2WD, steered, and braked before it was parked. Has an engine noise described as a piston slap, but still ran. Not started since parked. Has surface rust and some rust through in the usual areas, but not bad.
