Up for auction is a 1969 Mustang Mach 1 roller. This car was found wasting away in a dirt floor garage; the previous owner had started to build it into a drag car, but luckily he abandoned the project before doing any major damage. When I got the car the drive train and rear-end were missing along with some interior parts, but the dash and door tag were still attached and he still had the original NYS registration. Unfortunately once it was cleaned up the bottom was pretty rough, like I said a dirt floor garage. I had a good condition 69 Mustang Grande with new floors and trunk panels, so I grafted the savable portions of the Mach 1 onto the Grande chassis and I added some replacement quarters and new deck lid. The result is what you see in the pictures. This car is solid, straight and all the work is of good quality. There is no drive train except the Grande’s 8” rear-end, the windshield and passenger door glass are missing, but the other windows come with the car along with all of the extra parts in the pictures. These parts include an OEM power steering system and spindles and brackets to convert to front disc brakes. Most of the trim pieces, a good grill, Mach 1 high-back buckets, main body of the center console, a couple of dash clusters and a lot more. The Grande was a standard so I left the clutch pedal in so the new owner could have a choice. Also included will be the standard Marti report I had done for the car. The car is being sold as it where is, I will assist with loading for transport. There is a non refundable $500 down payment due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the remainder to be paid in cash within 7 days of end of the auction and car is to be picked up at time of full payment.
