Vehicle Detail
This is a 1997 Toyota Rav4! This has been such a great vehicle for me and I am going to miss it dearly! It runs great! Please ask questions if you have any and I will try to answer them. Here are some of the things I love about this car... -Tons of cargo space for such a small SUV! Back seats fold down and up to create even more room! -Great visibility while driving! You can see practically all the way around, sitting up higher, and with all the windows. -It has never left me stranded or broken down! Here are some of the things about it that are less than perfect... -Needs a CV Joint fixed -Needs 1 tire, I just got 3 new ones put on -There is a crack that goes across the bottom of the windshield. It does not obstruct view, and has passed safety inspection in NC with no problem. -The clear coat paint has slowly flaked off over the years. -Driver's side headlight has a quirky connection. It's not the bulb. It sometimes chooses not to come on. It does have fog lights that work, and the brights work too. When this happens, I will just ride around with my brights on. I figure the brights on this car cannot possibly be as bright as some newer car's regular lights! -AC and Heat BOTH work, but unfortunately the lever at the dash that controls whether you want "hot" or "cold" does not (something is detached or not connected). Sooooo, twice a year (or when I want), I manually turn a lever located under the dash on the passenger side. I switch to "heat" in the winter, and "AC" in the summer.
