Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchases. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most questions are answered in one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis LS with just 90k original miles. The Mercruy Grand Marquis is the sister car of the Ford Crown Victoria and Lincoln Town Car, which are known to be among the most durable and reliable cars ever produced. It is common to see these cars with well over 300k miles still running great. I've personally owned two with mileage in excess of 300k. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Marquis to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in classic white over tan leather with optional alloy wheels. As with any older car, please expect some normal wear commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific car, there is some touch ups visible on the left side of the rear window and around the trunk. They're easy to see up close but hard to see in the photos or just randomly walking past the car. Otherwise, the white finish shows well for its age. The paint has a deep shine and looks smooth. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close smoothly. All of the body cladding is present and tight. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The optional factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Grand Marquis to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well and are full looking throughout the interior. In fact, the only thing I can really fault the car for inside is some smoke smell. I've done nothing to attempt to remove the smoke smell so you could probably give it a good scrub or use a can of ozone if it bothers you. Both front seats are power operated and work properly. The leather on the seats shows well throughout the interior and the seats are comfortable. The dash and headliner are clean. This Grand Marquis has wood accent trim throughout the interior which shows well and gives the interior a warm feel. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The audio system is original and sounds good, too. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seats all work properly. Also, the trunk is spacious and clean. I am a huge fan of these cars and would argue that there is no better value in a used car when you compare features, room, reliability, comfort, economy and expected life of the car for the price. Mechanically, this Grand Marquis appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. As I mentioned earlier, these cars are known to last well in excess of 300k miles with basic routine service. With just 90k miles on the clock, this car has quite a bit of life to offer her next owner. The engine keeps good temperature and makes plenty of power. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. One of the best things about these cars that you may not know is how economical they are. On the highway, these things are in their element. Cruising at highway speeds, you can expect to get nearly 30mpg in complete comfort. I've taken these cars on many long trips and get consistent fuel economy in this range. This Grand Marquis has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of August, 2016. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchases. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most questions are answered in one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis LS with just 90k original miles. The Mercruy Grand Marquis is the sister car of the Ford Crown Victoria and Lincoln Town Car, which are known to be among the most durable and reliable cars ever produced. It is common to see these cars with well over 300k miles still running great. I've personally owned two with mileage in excess of 300k. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Marquis to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in classic white over tan leather with optional alloy wheels. As with any older car, please expect some normal wear commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific car, there is some touch ups visible on the left side of the rear window and around the trunk. They're easy to see up close but hard to see in the photos or just randomly walking past the car. Otherwise, the white finish shows well for its age. The paint has a deep shine and looks smooth. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close smoothly. All of the body cladding is present and tight. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The optional factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Grand Marquis to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well and are full looking throughout the interior. In fact, the only thing I can really fault the car for inside is some smoke smell. I've done nothing to attempt to remove the smoke smell so you could probably give it a good scrub or use a can of ozone if it bothers you. Both front seats are power operated and work properly. The leather on the seats shows well throughout the interior and the seats are comfortable. The dash and headliner are clean. This Grand Marquis has wood accent trim throughout the interior which shows well and gives the interior a warm feel. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The audio system is original and sounds good, too. The power windows, locks, mirrors and seats all work properly. Also, the trunk is spacious and clean. I am a huge fan of these cars and would argue that there is no better value in a used car when you compare features, room, reliability, comfort, economy and expected life of the car for the price.
Mechanically, this Grand Marquis appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. As I mentioned earlier, these cars are known to last well in excess of 300k miles with basic routine service. With just 90k miles on the clock, this car has quite a bit of life to offer her next owner. The engine keeps good temperature and makes plenty of power. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. One of the best things about these cars that you may not know is how economical they are. On the highway, these things are in their element. Cruising at highway speeds, you can expect to get nearly 30mpg in complete comfort. I've taken these cars on many long trips and get consistent fuel economy in this range. This Grand Marquis has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of August, 2016. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
