Vehicle Detail

This was going to be my project car that really doesn't need a ton of work. The 75' Stingray was my first car that I owned and was looking to restore another, but I just don't have the time and with the oilfield the way it is now, don't have the money either! My wife decided she wants the room in the garage back, so my loss will be your gain! I will try my best to explain all that is needed, but if there are any other questions, please feel free to contact me. I bought this car from an individual that was local. Apparently his father in law had recently passed away and he was in the process of restoring it. The engine is good and it does run. I do however believe the timing needs to be redone. (Nothing major though) When I purchased the vehicle, I did drive it home, although I would definitely put new tires on it as the ones that are there are different sizes. Does need to be aligned as well, but was waiting till I put fresh tires on it. Interior doesn't seem to be in too bad of shape. The tilt/telescoping on the steering wheel isn't right, but I think anyone that restores would know how to fix it. I do have new leather seats that come with it. Apparently the "new" thing as I am told are to put the old Fiero seats in as opposed to the Corvette seats. Also have the brackets for them. (They weren't cheap either to have done...I have the receipt as well!) They are covered up in plastic which is why I don't have any pictures of them, but if you are serious about it, I can definitely take some. I've got a box of various "stuff" that comes with it. Considering I am a novice at restoring cars, I may be leaving out something but I think that covers the majority of the questions. Also, I have not checked, but I was told the engine numbers do match and that the engine was bored slightly larger to increase HP. I have a very low reserve on this, and think that it is MORE than fair. My reserve is much lower than what I originally paid. I have looked at several other Vettes and this is by far the cheapest one I have seen to be in working condition. Odometer reads 19552, but I'm guessing that it was zeroed after the engine was rebuilt? Again, my loss will be your gain! Buyer is responsible for picking it up. As I stated before, the car will need to be trailered off due to the alignment, but I can assure you the engine runs fine. Hope I haven't left anything out, but if I have, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks again for looking!
