The vehicle currently has 85,763 miles and was removed from service in Jan 2016 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The tires have approximately 30 - 40% tread remaining. The truck drives well with no issues readily evident. It currently has an open recall (#15S22), of which we have not been notified of parts availability from Ford Motor Company. The exterior is in good condition. There are a couple minor paint chips present on the driver side front fender. The roof has 6 plugged & sealed holes present from where warning lights & a radio antenna were previously mounted. The driver side extended cab body panel has one 2-3 inch long scratch present. The driver side bed edge has some minor scratches present. The driver side rear wheel well has rust present on the top edge. The tailgate has a couple small paint chips present. The passenger side bed edge has minor scratches & paint chips present. The passenger side extended cab body panel has one small paint chip present. The passenger side door has one small paint chip present. The interior is in good condition. There is one small aftermarket switch remaining in the dash to the left of the radio that has been disconnected. There are two small screw holes present in the passenger carpet foot well from where an emergency radio was previously mounted. There are 3-4 small areas on the passenger side door trim where paint is present. This vehicle was serviced on a 120-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in Nov 2015 at 85,600 miles. Other repairs to this vehicle include the following. In July 2015, at 83,108 miles, the spark plugs & spark plug wires were replaced. In Apr 2015, at 81,280 miles, the wiper blades were replaced. In Feb 2015, at 80,779 miles, the windshield wiper motor, multifunction switch, & turn signal flasher were replaced. In Apr 2014, at 75,534 miles, the rear brakes were adjusted. In May 2013, at 70,102 miles, the camshaft synchronizer & sensor assembly were replaced. In Apr 2010, at 48,672 miles, the third brake light bulb was replaced. In Jan 2010, at 47,312 miles, the front brake pads were replaced & the transmission was flushed. In Aug 2009, the left rear brake light bulb was replaced. In Oct 2007, at 30,295 miles, the wiper blades were replaced & the right front tire was repaired. In Jan 2007, at 23,068 miles, the rear overload springs were repaired. In Oct 2006, at 20,976 miles, all four tires were replaced. In July 2006, at 18,633 miles, the inertia switch assembly was replaced by the local Ford dealership under warranty. In Apr 2006, at 14,840 miles, the front brake pads & wheel seals were replaced. In Nov 2005, at 10,961 miles, the right rear tire was repaired. In May 2005, at 5,825 miles, the vehicle had recall #04B22 completed at the local Ford dealership. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process. We cannot accept “Buy It Now” offers or trades. High bidder is responsible for picking up the vehicle from Champaign, Illinois. High bidder is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs.
