Hi guys, here i have for sale is my 1983 Chevrolet S-10 pickup. I have had this truck a few years now and i think its time to let it go. It started as a daily truck for me and then i fell in love with it so i had to fix it up. long story short i made it so nice that i can no longer stomach driving it in any other than good weather so now it sits under cover in my shop. I have alot of receipts for almost everything ive done to the truck that stay in a folder on the dash board. Truck was painted professionally by me not a backyard average spray job. Paint was done twice actually, first with base/clear PPG then let to dry followed by the second spray after wet-sanding the entire tuck flat i put 4 more wet coats of high quality PPG show quality Clear. The paint flowed out like glass and has a very deep bright shine because of it and hasn't even been buffed (doesnt need it). The truck runs and drives great and gets amazing gas mileage, Has the super rare isuzu 1.9 liter 4cylinder engine 32mpg easily and is zippy believe it or not. Truck has brand new polished aluminum wheels and good year tires on it. This is a mans truck Has manual everything (brakes , steering , windows ) LESS TO BREAK! The simplicity is great thats why i loved having this truck so much....All in all its just a nice little truck that you would be hard pressed to find another one like it. Im not gonna say its perfect because it is simply not, like anything 30 plus years old it has its minor quercks ( driver side of the seat has small wear spot, needs a headliner, truly small issues. To someone who knows what there doing im sure they would want to add their own style to it anyways to make it their own. This truck also has an amazing sound system in it that makes driving a pleasure. I Cant think of much more to really say about it so please feel free to ask me questions so that you are informed to the fullest and can bid with confidence...thanks and have a great day.On Jan-14-16 at 17:21:46 PST, seller added the following information: Due to questions I've received I want to add that the cab floor was not repaired/replaced , the picture of the underside of the cab was to show that the underside was sprayed with base/ clear then coated with Amber wax to prevent any rust in the future along with the rest of the underside of the truck has been wax sprayed to prevent rust, no panels were replaced on the bed as well the picture of the bedside was to show clean steel before paint .....Hope this helps anybody that was wondering and that if you have any questions feel free to ask thanks.
