For sale at No Reserve - is a rolling chassis (No VIN / No Title) from a 1948 Chevrolet Thriftmaster Pickup Truck. What you see is what you get in the pictures (except the fuel tank is not included, I'm going to remove). The items that it has on it that are all included are the Rear End Axle and Torque Tube with linkage, All 4 wheels (tires are inflated but not road worthy, they are dry rotted and just good for rolling), also included the Steering column which is from an Automatic Transmission, the small Auto Gear Assembly box is still mounted just above the main steering gearbox assembly. The original running boards are also included. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK-UP/SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS. I can provide some contacts, but buyer must make arrangements and please have it picked up and shipped NLT 10 days after auction ends. Current location is at 22406 Fredericksburg, VA. GOOD LUCK IN BIDDING!!! ( I DO NOT HAVE A TITLE FOR THIS CHASSIS/FRAME. Title laws vary from state to state, but generally speaking if you are putting this onto a Body with a VIN you can use that for the title purposes, or obtain a project vehicle title. As this is pre-1974 chassis, it is not numbered in any way.)
