You are bidding on a 1982 BMW 320i with just under 78,000 miles. The car is equipped with the 5 speed transmission which makes it a blast to drive. As shown in the photos, the car does need some work to the body and the mechanics. Presently, it requires a muffler and alternator and a little fine tuning with the engine. The car starts up and does not smoke.....many items have already been replaced mechanically......new fuel pumps, front and rear struts, bearings, calipers, slave cylinder, complete clutch and tranny rebuild which was done about 2 years ago, etc. This has been my work vehicle for the last 5 years. The car has AC, but it requires a new a/c line that was cut by the previous owner. The rear defroster is not working, but the glass is intact. There are some rust issues as shown in the photos such as the right rear side of the trunk floor and there are a couple of rust holes in the spare tire well. I also have a LKQ rear trunk lid to replace the one currently on the car which functions properly but is rusted on the underside. There are many extra parts such as hoses, clamps, seals and a pair of period correct fog lamps for the front bumper. The car is currently at a local garage and can be seen during the day. The color is off on the front hood and left fender due to a prior minor accident and then there was another fender bender as shown in the photos now. The winning bidder is responsible to have the car towed or transported to where ever the car is going. Clear title and all of the original manuals, books, etc. are still with the car. The car cruises on the highway with no issues whatsoever.
