Nicely restored Cougar with a 390! This a a clean car that has what you want: rebuilt 390 CI engine with an Edelbrock Performer Series Carb, Intake, and Cam, great shifting C6 automatic transmission with a B&M shift kit, and a bulletproof Ford 9 inch rearend with 3.50 gears and an Auburn Gear limited slip diff. Electronic ignition provides reliable spark with no points to gap. A K&N filter and full duel exhaust help this big block breathe and power front disc brakes help you stop. (FYI, I have many orig parts that were replaced) The car is painted a Medium Metallic Blue that looks amazing in the sun and has a black vinyl hardtop, the interior is light blue. All the window glass is original. The car rides on 14 inch factory original Magnum 500's with Ford stamped on the inside. The sequential turn signals actually work! New carpet kit was installed a few years ago. Same owner since 1992! I've had this for over 23 years and put about 6000 miles on it, now it's time for someone else to enjoy this rare big block Pony Car. The car was purchased in San Jose, CA in 1992, not far from where it was build in December 1968. Ironically, it is now for sale in Denver, CO, only about 100 miles from where is was sold in 1968. I hate to sell this, but someone lucky will get a rare Cougar in great shape! The motor HAS been rebuilt with hardened valve seats, an Edelbrock Performer cam, and bored .030 over. Mileage since the rebuild is appx 4000.
