1970 Volkswagen Squareback Type III for sale. Clean title, current registration, priced to sell! 3-speed automatic transmission, pop out rear windows, four new tires, new battery, perfect original headliner--no rips or holes, recent oil change and valve adjustment. Although this classic little surf wagon runs and drives, I would consider it a running "project" that will need some attention, but EVERYTHING is there. The transmission does not shift into reverse, there are some minor leaks, and blinker arm is missing, but overall it's a project you can drive while you're restoring. Very little rust, worst part on the hood nose (pictured), but easily replaced. Solid pan, tiny bit cancer under the battery, maybe quarter sized hole. I need this car sold asap, so this is a NO RESERVE auction. I have also listed the vehicle locally, and reserve the right to terminate the auction early.
