Vehicle Detail
Selling a 1973 Mercedes Benz 280 Coupe. This Mercedes is mechanically sound and look and runs wells. The engine is naturally aspirated, 2.7L, double overhead camshaft 6 cylinder with 2 valves per cylinder. In this application it produces 158hp of power at 5500 rpm, and maximum torque of 226 at 4000 rpm and top speed is 115 mph. The car is in great shape inside and out with a paint job that shines. New black leather on front seats, new brakes, new tires, recent oil change, tags paid, spare tire with a set of extra hubcaps and much more. Overall, the vehicle is in amazing shape for its age. All of the electronics such as, lights, windshield wiper, power windows, dashboard light etc all work with no issues. There's only few small quirks such as the clock and gas gauge do not function properly the A/C compressor is missing lines to get air conditioning up and running, and the power window switch has a hairline crack under the trim. The heater works fine. The underside of the hood needs to be painted and there is some minor damage on body rim on the right side. I have been driving this car all over California with no overheating or oil leaks or any other catastrophic problems.
