My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 BMW 323iC with the desirable manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking convertible overall. It is finished in black with a matching black top and gray leather interior. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass throughout most of the exterior. I only have two complaints about the exterior of this vehicle. First is the finish on the trunk lid. It is noticeably faded. Second are some scratches along the side. They have been touched up but it is obvious that touch up work has been done. For the age and mileage of this car, it's hard to fault it for a few cosmetic flaws. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. Something very important to note is that there is no visible rust on the body of this BMW. The E36 cars are known to accumulate rust in certain areas...and this one looks to be rust free. The soft top isn't perfect but shows well for its age. The back window is nice and clear, too. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Continentals with average tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets do show some wear from age but are presentable. The seats also show some wear, as you should expect from a higher mileage automobile. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. This is a very comfortable car to drive. The power top still works, too. I had to help it a little going down but it does work. The audio system has been upgraded with an in-dash CD player, which appears to be working properly and sounds good through the factory speakers. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner appears to be working and the heat works well, too. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. I've personally put the last 100+ miles on this car with no issues. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. I can hear a rattle in the RR suspension, but it does not alter the ride or handling of the car...it's just an annoying rattle. My guess would be maybe a swaybar or strut bushing...nothing big. The steering and brakes feel great. The engine makes great power and runs smoothly. The airbag light is the only idiot light on. She keeps perfect temperature and is a blast to drive. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are nice and easy. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. I'd drive this car anywhere without a second thought. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 BMW 323iC with the desirable manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking convertible overall. It is finished in black with a matching black top and gray leather interior. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass throughout most of the exterior. I only have two complaints about the exterior of this vehicle. First is the finish on the trunk lid. It is noticeably faded. Second are some scratches along the side. They have been touched up but it is obvious that touch up work has been done. For the age and mileage of this car, it's hard to fault it for a few cosmetic flaws. The body lines up nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. Something very important to note is that there is no visible rust on the body of this BMW. The E36 cars are known to accumulate rust in certain areas...and this one looks to be rust free. The soft top isn't perfect but shows well for its age. The back window is nice and clear, too. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Continentals with average tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets do show some wear from age but are presentable. The seats also show some wear, as you should expect from a higher mileage automobile. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. This is a very comfortable car to drive. The power top still works, too. I had to help it a little going down but it does work. The audio system has been upgraded with an in-dash CD player, which appears to be working properly and sounds good through the factory speakers. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner appears to be working and the heat works well, too.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. I've personally put the last 100+ miles on this car with no issues. The 2.5L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. I can hear a rattle in the RR suspension, but it does not alter the ride or handling of the car...it's just an annoying rattle. My guess would be maybe a swaybar or strut bushing...nothing big. The steering and brakes feel great. The engine makes great power and runs smoothly. The airbag light is the only idiot light on. She keeps perfect temperature and is a blast to drive. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are nice and easy. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. I'd drive this car anywhere without a second thought. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
