You are bidding on a 1963 Corvair window van. This van will be a very good restoration project as there is minimal rust on the body. I was told that it last ran about 4 years ago when I purchased it last summer along with a Corvair pickup as a package deal. The spark plugs were out of the engine when I got it and the engine will not currently turn over with a wrench. The van does roll but the left rear tire won't hold air for long. The van appears to be complete except the LR brake drum is missing. I am not sure if the other 3 brake drums are there as I have not checked. All of the doors work and all glass is good except for the RF door window. The gas tank had been removed and is sitting on the back seat. I suspect that it has a leak. At some point in the past, someone has added small brackets to the sides of the van and put a camper style pop up vent (?) in the rear roof. There is an old body repair on the left side and some rust showing on the side doors and some rust in the bottom of the front doors. Other than that, the floor boards look very solid. Overall, in my opinion, this van has very little rust. I have included a lot of photos and have tried to show the condition of the body.
