My step-father-in-law bought this Bronco new in 1994. His dream was to move to the beach after he retired in an area where he could drive on the beach. Well, he retired in 2003 and passed away from cancer in 2004; and left the Bronco to me. I kept it for my son and he drove it for a while but he liked having a pickup better so we used this vehicle as a "spare" for a number of years. I've felt the need to sell it for some time but emotionally, it's hard. So, I'm at a point where I will either sell it or put some more money into fixing it up. (New bumpers, winch, paint job). Mechanically, this vehicle is in good shape. It cranks right up and drives comfortably. We replaced the automatic hubs earlier this year to manual locking hubs. (I relied on the advice of people that more about this than me, but apparently, the manuals hubs are more reliable.) Tire have plenty of tread but are pretty old and if I keep the vehicle I will replace them. There is a dent in the driver's door (damage from getting against a tree) but the rest of the body is pretty straight. This Bronco has around 85,000 original miles but I still drive it so I can't give you an exact number. The seats have a few tears. There is a nice aftermarket gun rack mounted in the ceiling. All the windows and gauges work (except the overhead console compass). This will make an excellent hunting vehicle or car for a new driver because it's big and heavy. Did I leave something out?
