Vehicle Detail

1967 Camaro RS/SS     Bolero Red 4-speed Muncie, highly optioned Very Original unmolested “4P” car                     VIN 124377N177347           Up for sale is my very original 1967 Camaro RS/SS.   Original RS/SS, original 4-speed car and original Bolero Red car (per the cowl tag).  This is a great car.  Its an nice rare Camaro with many original parts, unmolested.  I believe the car is a low mile original that was somewhat restored not too long ago.  The car is a driver quality car (not a show car) and has an older restoration that was driven and made to be a relialble car, always maintained. The paint shines very nicely as the pictures show, but does have a few blemishes here and there as would be expected in a driver car, but in no way takes away from the overall look of the car.  I get many compliments on this car.  It has a lot of the goodies added under the hood, but still maintains the original look inside the car.   The car is the real deal per the cowl tag, indicating 4P, it also has the tire pressure decal in the glove box with “H” code. The odometer shows 41k miles, which I have no way of verifying to be original, but the car appears to be a very unmolested original, with the carpet and a lot of the interior appearing to be original, - the original door panels, original tachometer and gauge package, original console, original dealer rubber floor mats, etc.  The dash and headliner are perfect.  This car has the rare tach and gauge package with center console.  The 350 engine is not original to the car (was replaced at some point).  The car does have a hurst shifter with Muncie Transmission, power steering, power brakes and multi-leaf rear springs (which is great for handling on a ‘67).   Goodyear tires have excellent tread.  The car runs and drives great, (see the videos of the eingine running at the bottom of the auction).  It also stops great with the power brakes.  All the electricals work, horn, headlights, tail lights, interior lights, blinkers.  The hideaway doors have the complete sytem and open and close, with the exception of one door wants to stay open sometimes.   This car is packed with options you would expect in an SS car:       Options for the car include:     Super Sport (350 / 295hp engine) Rally Sport Muncie 4 speed Transmission Tachometer Console Gauges Power Steering Power Brakes Multi-leaf Rear Springs Deluxe Steering Wheel Center Console Rally Wheels Front Spoiler Rear Spoiler Cowl Hood         Some info about the car:       Hurst Shifter Muncie Transmission Holley carburetor Chrome Power Brake Booster Milled Billet Aluminum Under-hood show panel Chrome radiator hose Chromed Original Z28 Valve Covers Original 1967 Carraige Seat Belts Original door panels Original AM radio Original GM floor mats Owners manual Trunk mat Spare tire Dash pad – perfect (no cracks) Perfect Head Liner (no sag) New master cylinder Multileaf rear springs Goodyear tires with excellent tread Excellent rally trim rings and caps Aluminized dual exhaust system Stainless steel exhaust tips Front and Rear Spoilers Cowl Hood          Z28 Racing Stripes         Cowl Tag     Cowl Tag numbers:        02B                   E                   ST     67    12437     NOR-66688   BDY    TR       760-Z            R-R  PAINT 2LG          3L             4P                              02B (Build date) 02= February 1967 B= Second Week   ST67-12437 (Fisher Body Numbers) 67= 1967 Model Year Camaro 124=  V8, Standard Interior 37= Coupe     NOR 66688 (Build Information) NOR= Built in Norwood Ohio Plant 66688= sequential build number  (66,688 body built)     760-Z (Interior) 760= Black Bucket Seats Z= Buckets w/o headrest     R-R  (Exterior Color) R-R= Bolero Red Paint, no vinyl top     2LG (2nd Option) L=   4-speed Transmission  G= Center Console    3L (3rd Option) 3L= RallySport Option  (Z22)               4P (4th Option) 4P= SS-350 Option                        I have been dealing with early Camaros for quite a while and you don’t see too many like this - has all the goodies already added, especially for the price I am asking.  Please read my feedback, it speaks for itself.  The factory put these cars together well, I see a lot of restored stuff that does not go back too well.  It amazes me how a lot of the reproduction stuff does not look or fit right.  Repro door panels look nothing like the originals, these are original.  This car is solid.  It’s not a perfect show car, but it is in overall ‘driver’ condition.  I have it price right too….this is a car that someone can take to the next restoration level, or drive and show now.   Feel free to email me with any questions. There is no doubt that this car will appreciate in value over the next several years and is better than money sitting in your bank account, since you can enjoy the car while it appreciates (should appreciate faster than the interest from the loan for that matter).  This is a great example of an original Camaro. It is seldom one finds a car like this and it is getting harder to find  cars in this kind of original condition…..so bid early, don’t miss out!   A lot of my auctions end early, so if you have a price in mind, please call me!               (please wait for all pictures to load)   Exterior                                                               Engine       Interior         Trunk and Undercarriage                     Documentation               ****For a video clip of the car click the play button below:         https://youtu.be/Lv2fGlakql8           https://youtu.be/yUlFXKhN4Co                 https://youtu.be/zsK53amblCU         https://youtu.be/iNGxn70IUn4                                 I encourage you to read my feedback. My feedback speaks for itself, so bid with confidence.  I have sold many muscle cars from my private collection with very happy buyers…..Please email with any questions prior to bidding. I encourage you to come see the car in person if you like, please email me to arrange a time.  I will not disclose the reserve price but am willing to hear offers.  If you are serious about the car please bid. Do not bid if you cannot afford the car or do not have the funds available to follow thru with the transaction, if you need someone’s permission to buy the car or are waiting on funds to pay for the car. If you have negative feedback from a previous Ebay Motors auction, please do not bid!   Terms of Sale: This auction is a legally binding contract, DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO FOLLOW THROUGH AND PAY FOR THE VEHICLE. This auction costs me money to list, so don't bid if you can't afford to pay for the car. Should the high bidder back out, Ebay will be contacted.  Non paying bidders will not be tolerated, so if you are prone to buyers remorse or are inexperienced with buying cars on Ebay, please have the car inspected prior to bidding. Funds to be paid via cashiers check or bank wire transfer. All cashiers checks must clear prior to vehicle shipment. Full payment is to be received within 5 days. I reserve the right to stop the auction early, the car is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied, all sales are final. Buyer to pay all applicable state sales tax upon transfer of title in his or her state. Buyer is to pay for any shipping costs, but I will be glad to assist in any arrangements and can also provide a contact for shipping if need be. - Good luck!            On Sep-16-15 at 22:18:37 PDT, seller added the following information: Answers to some qustions: - the doors open and close perfect, no sag - seat backs are in perfect condition -quarter panel stamp is visible under trunk rail, indicating original quarter panel - interior lights work at rear sail panels -interior rear view mirror like new, no fogOn Sep-18-15 at 17:24:51 PDT, seller added the following information: yes,  the rear end is posi-traction rear endOn Sep-18-15 at 18:20:58 PDT, seller added the following information:
