Vehicle Detail

NO RESERVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The highest bidder WILL own this truck. I have 10 cars, 3 motorcycles, 8 mopeds (for grandkids) and I am finishing a two car garage and a sunroom. I have to thin the herd. No room in the back yard any more. And wife fussing (bet no ones ever had that) 95% rust free---Good bones truck. Southern truck all it's life. You could drive, after you fix the power steering or restore or fix along as you wanted or could afford. This truck gets 22 MPG empty and it pulled my 8600 lb bobcat and heavy duty trailer at 75 MPH like it had a lawnmower behind it. It got 10-12 MPG then. I wouldn't advise that speed though. The seats look brand new. The carpet has no holes or tears. It is in good shape but needs cleaning. Someone broke into the glove box. Could be fixed easily, no broken plastic. This truck has the special solid chrome mag wheels and they are beautiful and in good shape. Good bedliner. History of this truck---I bought this truck 8 yrs ago so I could pull a bobcat on a trailer from point A to point B. This was so I could level my back yard ( 22 triple axle trucks of granite rock and 25 triple axle trucks of clay dirt) and also to use my equipment to clear a lake lot at my convenience. It took me 5 yrs to complete these tasks. I now no longer need this truck. This truck was bought with mileage excluded. When I bought it, I believe it had around 24,000 on the odometer. It now has 31244 showing. I know that it has flipped once and maybe twice. I don't know and cannot attest to this. All I can say is what I know. I have driven it about an average of 1000 miles a year. Here's to Luck !!!!! My neighbor has a large oak tree beside my driveway. A huge( I mean huge) limb fell from her tree. The limb hit the ground on her property and the limb sprang up into the air and launched into the air and landed perfectly onto the hood of my truck. I received absolutely nothing from this because it was ruled an "act of God" The power steering went bad after this, I don't know why? The tires are 70% but need balancing. They were half ass_ bubble balanced and shake. Windshield has some smoke around the edges At one time the previous owner owned a goose neck trailer and the cut out is under the bed liner. This truck has the towing package with electric brake set up (fairly new and not often used) There are 2 plug ins at the back bumper to accommodate different types of trailers. These work perfect. Believe this or not but the whole back bumper is a lidded tool box !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one would ever know this. This is cool, never seen one before. The gas gauge also worked perfect before the limb. It know registers 1/2 full (but works) This should be a simple fix. A/C blows but not cold. (doesn't work) Radio works sometimes. Transmission is strong as a BULL !!!! This Diesel will throw you back when you take off with the pedal to the floor. Tranny changes gears perfectly and smoothly every time all the time. . Rear end is great--no sounds. Muffler is in good shape, and tail pipe also, but needs end of tail pipe re-installed. Piece is there. I put a new rotor on the right front brake few years back. Radiator does not leak one single drop.(same antifreeze for 8 yrs) Heater is hot, hot, hot in the winter time. Wiper blade arms need $5.00-$7.00 bushings. The motor picture where I am holding a stick with a red mark on it is where there is a piece of metal missing.I am no mechanic but it looks like it is where the power steering connects. I talked with a guy today that owns 3 of these trucks and he said there was a gear in there that works the power steering that uses oil from the motor??? It has a rattle where the power steering is located. Not the diesel motor. I just put a reconditioned heavy duty battery in the truck. The truck cranks fast. The hood ornament got axed in the damage. I have told you everything that I know about this truck. I can not promise you anything and the truck is being sold AS IS AS IS When you bid, and if you are the high bidder, you will own this truck. I have come to grips that this and some of my others vehicles have to go. Bring a trailer or roll back . I would suggest this because it is a bear to stir and it may mess something else up driving a distance. But she is yours when you buy it. I used it the other day to go get some builders sand, I will remove the sand before it sells. P.S. Look what these bring when they are low mileage or fixed up. On Aug-24-15 at 21:57:08 PDT, seller added the following information: The headlights all work (bright and dim) as well as the alternator. Wiper motor does work also. Just needs blades put back on. like new spare. Horn blows. I'll have to see if the jack is behind the seat. I can't remember. Small rust spot on top of truck is where a magnetized cb radio was.
