This is a project car. At this time the motor does not run. This is a very rare 1971 Plymouth GTX. There were 2,538 - 1971 440-4BBL PLYMOUTH GTX 2 Door Hardtop's built to Spec's for U.S.A. 327 4Spds & 2,211 Automatics.As of the above date, it is #29 of 93 in sequence of 1971, 440 - 4BBL PLYMOUTH GTX 2 Door Hardtop's registered at the St Louis, Moplant and built to spec's for: the U.S.A. according to the Chrysler Registry. (which I have a copy)All numbers have been run on this car and comes in compliance of Chrysler Registration.The engine is still a matching number in the car. This car needs total restoration. It needs both quarters and drivers side needs floor pan. Trunk and all other pans are in good shape. Frame rails are in good shape. I do have the chrome that goes around the back glass and windshield. New GTX emblems, tail lights that have already been installed. This could be a high $$$ car when restored.
