We are offering for your consideration our 1979 Fiat 2000 convertible. This car was bought new by a gentleman who owned a chain of auto parts stores. After he passed away, the estate sold it to the gentleman that I purchased the car from who only put 2,000 miles on in a two year period. This car was babied and loved by the original owner, and with the automatic and air it really makes it a special car. The 65,000 miles are actual. That’s less than 2,000 miles a year of driving. It starts and runs really well and has no mechanical issues. The interior is original and we don’t think it could be much nicer than it is. The top is new, and as you can see in the pictures the body is extra clean. The car starts easily, and it’s just an awful lot of fun to drive. We’d also like to mention that the dash on this car is perfect with no cracks, and the car cover is included. Everything on the car works, but the air may need a charge. If you’re a serious collector of small sports cars, I’m sure it would look very nice in your collection. We are selling this car with a Buy It Now of $6,500 and a low reserve. Once it goes past the reserve, it could easily pull much more than a $6,500 Buy It Now. We just can’t believe how clean and well-serviced this car is for being 37 years old. If you want to get in and drive it home, it’s ready to go. We encourage all bidders to stop out, personally examine the car and drive it for themselves. If you can’t personally make it out to check out this vehicle, simply find a local mechanic to look at the vehicle and give you a personal report on the condition. Ebay also offers a service like this! Car is sold as is no warranty. We need the car paid for within 48 hours, as stated above, either by cash or certified bank check, after the auction is over. The car will be released after the check clears. We would like the car picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending.
