I accidentally, cancelled the last listing - so, lets try again 1990 Jaguar XJS V-12 Convertible with 64,500 miles from new. Runs very well. The body is excellent with just a couple of small dimples that might be garage parking related. Air conditioning worked 2 years ago, it seems to need a recharge now. Some idiot lights flicker, usually for no reason, they tend to eventually go off. The power steering pump made a little noise last time i drove it. Hose is brand new. This car was my father-in-law's, who bought it new. When he divorced his wife and had his assistant retitle the car, she either put zero mileage or put wrong mileage. on the title. Ebay seems to think that the mileage was changed. Rest assured that Jim bought the car new and the car never left his possession until he died and we received the car as an inheritance in 2008. We have driven it maybe 1500 miles since then. It is time to let it go. If you want to talk to Jim's widow about the title issue, Julie is available to talk to. The top is basically perfect on the outside, with the interior liner dry rotted. I see them on Ebay for 150.00. I have no idea whats involved installing it. Sometimes the drivers window does not go down right away. Always seems to eventually. Tires are excellent with chrome wires. Interior is excellent excluding a worn edge on the piping on the drivers seat Nothing seems to leak. Transmission shifts fine.
