Hilltop Auto stock number 178 is a very early 1965 fully matching number S-type sedan with the 3.8 liter engine. The odometer shows the original miles of 10,573 . This car still has the original wheels and tires on it. We bought it from the second owner who bought it in May of 1971. The car's original color was Primrose Yellow and the original black interior is still in the car. This S-type has been sitting in a garage for many years now, the last time there is documentation that the car was on the road was in 1980. The engine turns freely. The car steers and rolls and the handbrake does work fine so it can be easily transported. The car is being sold for restoration and it is a great candidate being such an original car.
