Here's an older restoration short box Ford that could be used as is, or it would be a great candidate for a full restoration into a high dollar beauty. Paint has the clear coat peeling. Some minor rust here and there--see pictures. Has a very nice, smooth running 351 Modified in it. 2 barrel carb. Appears to be an A/C truck, but the compressor is missing. Starts quickly at the turn of the key. New battery. New battery cables. New voltage regulator. Tires are excellent. Probably 90% tread all around. Tires are 31". Has receiver hitch and trailer wires. Has box liner. Has a Rampage CD player that works. Driver's mirror is cracked but functional. Heater works well. Has only been driven in the summer for the last 5 years. I believe it has a 3" lift kit on it. Kind of looks like a High Boy now. New rear u-bolts and plates on rear axle. Pictures tell it all. It wouldn't stop raining the day I tried to photograph this, so more pictures are on the way ASAP. I would drive it anywhere. Oil pressure guage doesn't work all the time, but other guages do. Tail pipes appear to need replacing, but dual exhaust system is still quiet. Floors have been patched on both drivers side and passenger side with sheet metal and self-tapping screws. Tailgate needs some adjustments, but does open and shut as is. Horn works. Wipers work. Fresh oil change and lube job. I'm selling this for a buddy, so if you have questions let me know and I'll find out. I was the owner of the truck 5 years ago before I sold it to my buddy. I bought it in Iowa about 6 or 7 years ago. Seat is pretty solid, but a few seams have come undone and could use some restitching--not too bad though.Has slider rear window. Repaint is probably a different shade of blue. Original paint is probably similar to dash color--blue. And best of all: Glove box door signed by drag racer Shirley Muldowney. Has a Leer visor on cab.
