NO RESERVE AUCTION! HIGH BIDDER WINS!1956 CHEVROLET NOMAD BARN FIND!TOTAL RESTORATION PROJECTROLLER, NO ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION To say this is a rare car is an understatement. In 1956 Chevrolet built only 8103 Nomad Station Wagons, compare that to 41,883 Convertibles which are considered rare. When restored these cars easily fetch $75 - $125,000 as you will see on Ebay.BUT BEFORE YOU CAN RESTORE ONE, YOU NEED TO FIND ONE TO RESTORE56 Chevy Nomad Projects don't come along too often so don't hesitate on this one. If you choose to "Watch" it, you will Watch someone else buy it LOL!I am selling because I need the space not the money, no ridiculous offers or Hyundai trades pleaseThis car was in a barn since the 1980's It will need complete restoration but is a great starting point. Study the photos what you see is what you get. Don't not assume it comes with any parts not shown. This car is sold with NO TITLE bill of sale only (was a GA car) Still has its original untouched vin tag no issues. This car has a California one piece frame that has had disc brakes added up front. In the rear the leaf springs were moved into the frame rails and it has a custom narrowed ford 9 inch with 3:73 gears so it will fit a big tire in the wells or you can return it back to stock if doing a stock resto. It is an old Hot Rod from back in the day.It must have been a beautiful car when new the original color was Tropical turquoise with turquoise interiorThe body needs total resto, such as front and rear floor pans, inner and outer rockers, and the tailgate is rotted. The front fenders are fiberglass from when it was a Hot Rod.There is a ton of the stainless inside the car for both exterior and interior. I do have both halves of the back seat but no front seat. Comes with front and rear bumpers even the rear is correct Nomad bumper. This car was taken off the frame at one time so the frame could be painted. (those are the brackets you see on the rear of the frame they are just bolted on)It is now just resting on the frame but I have the body strapped to the frame for transportBe sure to ask any questions BEFORE BIDDINGINTERNATIONAL BIDDERS ARE WELCOME!AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONSCar is sold AS IS with no warranty what so ever NO RETURNSBuyer has up to 14 days to pick up Car must be paid in FULL within 3 days of auctions endPayment is either cash in person or Bank to Bank wire transfer ONLYNO CHECKS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED OR HELD TILL CLEAR BE SURE TO CHECK OUT OUR EBAY STORE FOR MORE COOOOOL AUTOMOTIVE RELATED STUFF!VINTAGE CAR MAGAZINESVINTAGE MODEL CARSVINTAGE CAR PARTSVINTAGE SPEED PARTSYEAR LICENSE PLATESAUTOMOTIVE RELATED STREET SIGNSORIGINAL NEW CARS ADS FROM THE 50'S 60'S AND 70'SCUSTOM DECALSSPEED PART DECALSGASSER WINDOW TINTHOT ROD, MUSCLECAR AND CUSTOM T-SHIRTSAND MUCH MUCH MORE!
