My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Cadillac CTS with the rare and desirable 5 speed manual transmission. The CTS is the evolution of the Catera, which was a major departure from what the Cadillac brand was known for producing. The CTS helped further steer Cadillac away from it's long had reputation as a maker of numb, boring boats and towards it's goal of making innovative vehicles that would be viable to a new generation of buyer. I would rate the exterior of this CTS to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. Up close, you can see a few flaws and imperfections that are normal for a car of this age. For example, the paint on the hood shows fading from age and there are some scrape marks on the rear bumper. Also, there is some corrosion visible behind the RR wheel. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood and doors all open and close easily. I cannot get the trunk to open. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a decent set of rubber with average tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The exhaust has been upgraded, which looks and sounds good. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would also rate the interior of this CTS to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, the interior shows well for its age. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets aren't perfect but they are presentable. The dash and headliner are clean. The two tone leather seats look good against the black exterior. The drivers seat cushion is torn in a spot or two but still looks okay and is comfortable. The power windows, locks and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Mechanically, this CTS appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel good, too. This is an extremely entertaining car to drive. The engine feels strong and willing. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are crisp and precise, as they should be. This little car loves corners and is a blast to drive. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Cadillac CTS with the rare and desirable 5 speed manual transmission. The CTS is the evolution of the Catera, which was a major departure from what the Cadillac brand was known for producing. The CTS helped further steer Cadillac away from it's long had reputation as a maker of numb, boring boats and towards it's goal of making innovative vehicles that would be viable to a new generation of buyer. I would rate the exterior of this CTS to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking car. Up close, you can see a few flaws and imperfections that are normal for a car of this age. For example, the paint on the hood shows fading from age and there are some scrape marks on the rear bumper. Also, there is some corrosion visible behind the RR wheel. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood and doors all open and close easily. I cannot get the trunk to open. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a decent set of rubber with average tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The exhaust has been upgraded, which looks and sounds good. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would also rate the interior of this CTS to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, the interior shows well for its age. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets aren't perfect but they are presentable. The dash and headliner are clean. The two tone leather seats look good against the black exterior. The drivers seat cushion is torn in a spot or two but still looks okay and is comfortable. The power windows, locks and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too.
Mechanically, this CTS appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel good, too. This is an extremely entertaining car to drive. The engine feels strong and willing. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are crisp and precise, as they should be. This little car loves corners and is a blast to drive. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.

Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any kind of warranty.
