1955 Chevy short bed custom deluxe cab truck AKA Big back window. Frame has been cleaned, sealed, and painted. Bed has been done with Brazilian Lace wood. It is painted with DuPont GM Platinum ice pearl tri-coat. I would not call it show winning but nice driver. The 350 motor has less than 2,500 miles. It came out of a show truck he didn’t drive but wanted the new corvette motor. I took the motor to a reputable engine builder to put on some performance parts and a high rise intake. The transmission is a 700r4 with Bow-Tie overdrive with about 35,000 miles. I took it to a transmission shop for inspection/service and also had them put on the Bow-Tie overdrive. It has a new 21 circuit EZ wiring kit in it. The wires are ran but not hooked up. The wheels are Boyd Coddington. I also have a complete new Vintage Air conditioning and heat system ($1,275) that needs to been installed. The truck still needs wiring hooked up, power train hooked up/shaft needs shortened, brakes, and the final details such as vent window seals which I have, doors adjusted ect. The total cost for remaining parts from LMC is about $650. That includes everything from gas tank and lines to headliner and new handles. That does not include radiator and gear box. I have the original seat which is in very good condition but will need new foam and cover if you want to go that route. I would also wet sand a few places. If you would like to come look at the truck I will gladly set up a time with you. The truck is sold with a bill of sale. I have been to the DMV and the highway patrol and there is zero record of the truck. This makes it very easy and cheap to title since it is over 25yrs old. $27.50 at the DMV and set a appointment for a patrol officer to fill out the 551 form. I have already paid it and have the paperwork it just needs filled out, picture attached. The truck is sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied and it will need to be towed with a winch as it is non operable. Please look at all the photos.
