NO RESERVE Great 911 -- Forest Green Metallic with Black interior. I bought the car a little over a year ago. It has been fantastic with no problems over the 10,000 miles I have put on it. Before I bought the car, I had a pre-purchase inspection completed by one of the top Porsche only mechanics in Nashville. There were no issues and the compression test was good. Spark plugs were replaced (so that was at 30,000 miles) while he had them out for the compression test. I would not be selling other than a friend was trading his 911 in at a dealer. The price they offered him was too good for me to turn down so I bought the car from him. NO accidents – all original paint. I have an Elcometer paint meter (professional level meter as used by car dealers) which shows no panels have been repainted (all panel readings consistent). You can see the readings in person when you pick-up if you like. Various rock chips, slight scratches and some road rash on the wheels commensurate with its age and mileage (see representative photos of the types of chips below). No significant dings or dents. The interior is very nice – no staining or tears. The car has an aftermarket Alpine head unit with navigation and remote. I purchased a used OEM CD head unit but have not installed. The successful bidder may have it if they desire. Manual seats, xenon headlights (I think these were added by a previous owner but they are Porsche units) and center console matched to the exterior color along with all of the standard power equipment (cruise, windows, remote locking, etc.). The previous owner used Mobil 1 0w-40 synthetic and I have used Motul 5w-40 synthetic. Front tires have good tread but rears will need replacement soon. This is the first year of the facelifted 996 generation of 911’s. Many improvements were made over the previous years’ 996’s including additional horsepower and significantly improved interior. The 996 generation of 911’s represent incredible value. The driving experience can’t be beat for the money. I will assist with shipping if needed (shipping is at buyer's expense) and I will drop the car off at the mechanic of your choice if you wish to get a professional inspection (also at your expense) before pick-up. I’m amazed by the number of cars selling on EBAY that don’t refund your deposit if you don’t want the car after inspection. I am confident that if you examine the car (personally or professionally) you will find the description above accurate. However, the $500 deposit is fully refundable if you are not satisfied with the car for any reason after your inspection. Once you pay for the car, whether in-person or prior to shipment, the sale is final. The car is sold as-is with no warranty. No reserve, final bid at or above minimum bid owns the car.
