Clean title, no accidents, lien through Capital One Auto Finance since they offered me a ridiculous .9% rate. Every available factory option including the auto dimming review mirror. MSRP over $44k - Sight and Sound, Exterior, Interior, Leather, Sunroof, Nav, Fast Key, Aero, everything. Windows were tinted professionally/legally and come with a 10 year warranty. I have anything and everything that came with the car. All keys, manuals, stickers, records, both service receipts through RC Hill Mitsubishi. The car has spent every single night of it's life in my garage and most of it's days. I work for myself, and from home so it does not get out a lot during the week. I have two other cars as well. I do not take it out in the rain. I wanted the last of the real Evo's with every single option so this is what I bought. This one is as close to new as you are going to find for a used 2014 model. It has the smallest of small imperfections, none that will photograph. But for the sake of being thorough there are a couple of tiny rock chips. I am not a young kid who does not know how to drive. I am a seasoned race car enthusiast who has owned over 50 cars spanning all the major brands. This car has never seen a track, nor has it been abused in any way.
