I am selling this G8 on behalf of my brothers estate as he passed away from a heart attack. I am describing to the best of my knowledge from researching with people who knew from my brother what modifications have been done to this car. I also had a worldwide reputable performance and restoration shop do work on this car and give it a dyno run, V8 Speed & Restro is the name of their business. The motor is a complete rebuild with new performance pistons, rods, rings, bearings etc & other items in the detailed list below. After 350 miles the car was dyno tested 2 runs showing 600hp & 538 at the back tires. I was told that if I left it with them there was easily another 50-100hp in her. My brother was a very reputable mechanic with his own shop and had a passion for the G8's, I on the other hand have a passion for hunting or else I would keep this car.I do know that he spun out and wrecked the rear end of this car but had it professionally repaired and restored. There has been a picture of the title added in the photos above of the car. It is the only title to my knowledge since my brother purchased the car. I do not know what he and the insurance company agreed upon for repairs of this car after the right rear end damage occurred so I do not know if the car was totaled by his insurance to where it will be a different type of title issued when the buyer goes to get the title reissued or not. If this a problem with anyone then please simply do not bid. I have been approached by several people to end this auction early and it is not going to be done. The car is sound and has been professionally repaired, my brother cut no corners in anything he did. This is something that I hope none of you have to go through, as I mentioned my brothers passions was cars mine is hunting. I have put a ton of time into researching what he did with all the specific modifications and have described everything to the best of my abilities.
