I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1997 Mercedes-Benz E420 with the rare factory Sport Package. In fact, this car is extremely well optioned for an early W210 car. It is finished in classic tan with matching tan interior. I would rate the exterior of this car to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a very good looking automobile. The tan finish has a deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. I could only find two spots of corrosion on the entire body, and both are smaller than your pinky nail. On the left rear pillar, the clear coat is starting to peel a little which is common with age and barely visible unless you're standing right next to the car. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. What really makes this car stand out are the 18" AMG Monoblock wheels. The big AMG wheels along with the more contoured spoilers of the sport package give this sedan a subtle yet aggressive look. The wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos thoroughly as this is probably the most well optioned W210 I've ever had. The interior is what really sets this car apart from its peers. The interior shows well for its age. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets also show well for their age. A full set of original Mercedes-Benz floor mats are included as well as a set of all weather mats. The dash and headliner are clean. The interior wood veneers show well and indicate that this car has probably spent most of her life in a garage. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. Both front seats are heated, too. As I mentioned earlier, this is a very well optioned 210. It has the power rear sunshade (which raises and lowers smoothly) as well as four way adjustable lumbar on both front seats (which is a very, very rare option). The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater is effective on cool evenings and the air conditioner blows cold air, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. This E420 Sport comes with two keys and a full set of books and manuals. Mechanically, this Merc appears to be in good running and driving condition. The powerful 4.2L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The Sport suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering is effortless and the brakes bring this performance sedan to a stop with no issues. Although this is a full sized sedan, this E420 Sport handles like a sports car. The engine keeps proper temperature and feels as smooth as silk. The airbag light is on as well as the check engine light for an evap leak (you can hear the hiss of a vacuum leak when the hood is open so it shouldn't be too hard to track down). I've personally put the last 100+ miles on this car with absolutely no issues...she drives like a Mercedes-Benz should. The five speed automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts flawlessly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a clean, straight W210 that isn't like every other one out there...this E420 Sport deserves your consideration. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1997 Mercedes-Benz E420 with the rare factory Sport Package. In fact, this car is extremely well optioned for an early W210 car. It is finished in classic tan with matching tan interior. I would rate the exterior of this car to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a very good looking automobile. The tan finish has a deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. I could only find two spots of corrosion on the entire body, and both are smaller than your pinky nail. On the left rear pillar, the clear coat is starting to peel a little which is common with age and barely visible unless you're standing right next to the car. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. What really makes this car stand out are the 18" AMG Monoblock wheels. The big AMG wheels along with the more contoured spoilers of the sport package give this sedan a subtle yet aggressive look. The wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos thoroughly as this is probably the most well optioned W210 I've ever had.
The interior is what really sets this car apart from its peers. The interior shows well for its age. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets also show well for their age. A full set of original Mercedes-Benz floor mats are included as well as a set of all weather mats. The dash and headliner are clean. The interior wood veneers show well and indicate that this car has probably spent most of her life in a garage. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. Both front seats are heated, too. As I mentioned earlier, this is a very well optioned 210. It has the power rear sunshade (which raises and lowers smoothly) as well as four way adjustable lumbar on both front seats (which is a very, very rare option). The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater is effective on cool evenings and the air conditioner blows cold air, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. This E420 Sport comes with two keys and a full set of books and manuals.
Mechanically, this Merc appears to be in good running and driving condition. The powerful 4.2L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The Sport suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering is effortless and the brakes bring this performance sedan to a stop with no issues. Although this is a full sized sedan, this E420 Sport handles like a sports car. The engine keeps proper temperature and feels as smooth as silk. The airbag light is on as well as the check engine light for an evap leak (you can hear the hiss of a vacuum leak when the hood is open so it shouldn't be too hard to track down). I've personally put the last 100+ miles on this car with absolutely no issues...she drives like a Mercedes-Benz should. The five speed automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts flawlessly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a clean, straight W210 that isn't like every other one out there...this E420 Sport deserves your consideration. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
