1929 Fordor Briggs body with the black top (only made in 1929). It is an original car that has been painted, new interior, new top, and a total engine rebuild (460 miles since rebuild). All the work was done between 2003 & 2005. The engine rebuild was professionally done with stainless steel parts so unleaded gas is not a problem. The complete clutch assembly was also replaced while the engine was out. The front and rear bumpers, radiator shroud, dash panel and some door hardware are new ford reproduction parts. The only non original parts on the car are the shock absorbers, I put a modern kit on it (I still have the original set). As stated there is a small scratch on the top of the hood and the original left splash pan has some rust. This vehicle has been in our family since 1955 and I have owned it since 1976 when I bought it from my father. It was in storage from 1969 - 2003 when I started the work on it. I have registrations from the 50's & 60's for it and the bill of sale from when my Father bought it.
