This listing is for our 2002 Honda Accord EX-L sedan. It is a V6 with moonroof, CD and leather interior. Also equipped with remote starter. Car has belonged to us for about 4 years. We purchased it from a neighbor (a middle aged woman) who had it for more than 5 years. Has been our teenage daughter's daily driver for a year. Still on the road and in use now. The good: A/C worksGreat leather interior (no rips or damage)Just passed inspection in MarchGood on gasMoonroof Remote start The bad: Hard shifting from 1st to 2nd gearRust in a few spots (worst on passenger door)Driver's side rear door won't open (we didn't know this until right now, so we can likely have that repaired before sale-probably just needs a new handle). Reason for sale: Our daughter was gifted a newer used car by her grandparent for her graduation, so we no longer need this car. Our next child is not old enough to drive and we don't want to store it until that time comes. The KBB value is approx. $3,200 for "fair" condition. We are starting the auction at $1 and the highest bidder will be responsible for pickup/transport arrangements. There is no reserve. We really just want it out of the driveway (actually the road) because the driveway's full now with three other cars. Location is 25 mi. NW of Boston, MA. On May-31-15 at 18:08:57 PDT, seller added the following information: Exhaust system completely replaced in March 2015 from the catalytic converter all the way back. Also has an outstanding airbag recall notice like millions of other cars. Just haven't gotten to it.
