I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 BMW 530i Premium with just 144k miles. The E39 is probably one of the best cars ever made by BMW. It has a very desirable blend of size, handling, luxury and old school simplicity. I would rate the exterior of this 530i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a beautiful sedan. It is finished in rare Topaz Blue over tan interior with dark tinted windows. The paint shines nicely and looks smooth. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this BMW looks. I would rate the interior of this 530i to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The tan interior contrasts nicely against the Topaz Blue exterior. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well and look clean throughout the interior. A full set of BMW floor mats are included. The leather seats also show well and are comfortable. The plastic side panel to the drivers seat is loose, which is common as these cars begin to age. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood interior veneers show well and indicate that this BMW spent most of her life in a garage. With the exception of the LR window, all of the electric features (windows, locks, mirrors, seats, steering wheel and sunroof) all work properly. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The steering wheel is also heated. This is a fairly rare option to find on a 5 Series and will become your best friend in the cold months. The audio system is original and still retains the factory BMW in dash CD player. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. This BMW comes with both keys, all manuals, spare tire and original tool kit. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. Over bumps or rough surfaces, you can feel some slight play in the front end which is indicative of typical control arm/tie rod end wear. This is normal to see at this age and is not a very expensive service to have done. Other than some typical wear in the bushings, the suspension feels good. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The airbag light stays on. There is a check engine light on. The code is "bank 2 system too lean" which is most likely a faulty oxygen sensor or maybe a small vacuum leak...but most likely nothing big. The car runs like a top and this code has no adverse effect on performance that I can see. The engine keeps perfect temperature and behaves well. She makes good power and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 BMW 530i Premium with just 144k miles. The E39 is probably one of the best cars ever made by BMW. It has a very desirable blend of size, handling, luxury and old school simplicity. I would rate the exterior of this 530i to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a beautiful sedan. It is finished in rare Topaz Blue over tan interior with dark tinted windows. The paint shines nicely and looks smooth. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this BMW looks.
I would rate the interior of this 530i to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The tan interior contrasts nicely against the Topaz Blue exterior. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well and look clean throughout the interior. A full set of BMW floor mats are included. The leather seats also show well and are comfortable. The plastic side panel to the drivers seat is loose, which is common as these cars begin to age. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood interior veneers show well and indicate that this BMW spent most of her life in a garage. With the exception of the LR window, all of the electric features (windows, locks, mirrors, seats, steering wheel and sunroof) all work properly. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The steering wheel is also heated. This is a fairly rare option to find on a 5 Series and will become your best friend in the cold months. The audio system is original and still retains the factory BMW in dash CD player. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater keeps the interior warm and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. This BMW comes with both keys, all manuals, spare tire and original tool kit.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. Over bumps or rough surfaces, you can feel some slight play in the front end which is indicative of typical control arm/tie rod end wear. This is normal to see at this age and is not a very expensive service to have done. Other than some typical wear in the bushings, the suspension feels good. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The airbag light stays on. There is a check engine light on. The code is "bank 2 system too lean" which is most likely a faulty oxygen sensor or maybe a small vacuum leak...but most likely nothing big. The car runs like a top and this code has no adverse effect on performance that I can see. The engine keeps perfect temperature and behaves well. She makes good power and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
