You are looking at a rare and hard to find 2000 BMW 323it Touring Wagon. Wagon has very low mileage, and plenty of life left in it. I have owned this vehicle for approximately 8 years and I believe I am the second owner. Has never been in an accident or had any touch-up work done. Its a very clean car and I haven't noticed any rust(not driven in the winter). The last shop said it was very clean car underneath. All typical 100k mile issues have been recently addressed. These include the following repairs: control arms, valve cover gasket, intake cam sensor, air mass meter boot, thermostat assembly, both front and rear brakes (pads and rotors), coolant flush and new battery. Also, just installed 2 new rear tires. Fresh synthetic oil change. Replaced filters (cabin and air). Car does not leak fluids or burn oil. All maintenance done has been completed by either BMW or a certified auto repair facility. Paint looks very nice for a 15 year old car, still nice and shiny with no fading. However, there are you typical stone chips, scratches, and scrapes for a car of this age. The car is being sold "AS IS" with no warranties, expressed or implied. I am only selling because we purchased a new larger vehicle for the family. Car is driven occasionally to run errands so mileage may change a small amount.
