Vehicle Detail
Car is in show condition, always garaged, and had a new top and paint job before I bought it. Interior just underwent a complete restoration with kenwood rear speakers and stereo, also has a small amplifier in trunk. Rear side window plastic regulator bases that are known for breaking were replaced with alumiumn ones and new motors so they go up and down exactly as they should. I had the seats reupholstered in black cloth for obvious reasons here in Tucson (not burning hot in summer and hold up better and more comfortable). The car has a brand new A/C compressor clutch installed and throws ice cubes. I had a 2.5" cowl cervini hood painted and installed, better looks, lighter, and lets the hot air out of the back of the engine compartment and fits / looks like it came that way. I also installed one piece tinted headlights which complement the triple white special edition nicely! I also found and installed classic ford motorsport mudflaps that protect the bottom paint well, especially Living in Tucson. I spared no expence with the cooling system and installed an alumiumn radiator with a hi performance water pump, a 180 stat, hi perf hoses, and a 93' cobra overdrive water pump pulley. The car likes to run around 180-190 in summer in traffic with the A/C on. The car has a new heater core. Motor has a new SFI balancer. New ignition switch. The car has an alumiumn driveshaft connected to a rebuilt 5-speed with a new SPEC stage 3 clutch with a new clutch fork, throw out bearing, and a New BBK cable, quadrant, and adjuster. Trans also has a short throw shifter. The ignition system is a new MSD system consisting of a 6AL box, coil, cap&rotor, and wires. I also installed a 130amp alternator. The intake system has a BBK fenderwell cold air feed with an 80mm C&L mass air. The suspension consists of 1.5" lowering springs, caster/camber plates, Lakewood struts and shocks, UMI tubular non-adjustable upper &lower control arms, strut tower brace. The power steering pump and rack have been replaced. I added a UPR bumpsteer kit at the same time since the car was lowered. When it came time to replace the brakes I added stainless braided brake hoses, alumiumn caliper sleeves, and hawk pads in the front. When the fuel pump died, I replaced it with a walbro 255lph unit and a new filter. As far as the exhaust goes, it has BBK unequal length headers, a BBK off-road X-pipe, and a 2.5" flowmaster 2 chamber cat back system with stainless tips. If the winning bidder needs all emission components I will send them with the car. The car has a no expense spared or shortcut approach while in my hands. I am the third owner only because the original owner offered the car at such a deal someone in Missouri bought it to flip and I still got a good deal when I bought it for $6500. I also keep a folder with over $10K in receipts mot including the purchase price to document all of parts and work done along with the receipt from when I bought the car. So I have over $16K in the car! These will go with the vehicle. The only reason I'm selling the car is because I got laid off and my mortgage has to come first! Hence the awesome starting bid with NO reserve!! I need to sell, and fast. Feel free to fly in and drive home for I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere. Or, if you choose, have it shipped. Hell if the car sells for over $7500. I"ll deliver it within the 48 states myself!
