I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 sedan with just 118k miles from new. The W124 is one of the best platforms ever made by Mercedes. They are well made cars that stand the test of time and are nearly indestructible when properly maintained. This specific E320 is a perfect example of what happens when a well made automobile is properly cared for. I would rate the exterior of this Merc to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see. this is a gorgeous sedan. It is finished in a very desirable medium green over tan leather. The green finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As you walk around the exterior of this Mercedes, it is hard not to be impressed. The paint looks great. Other than a loose piece of bumper trim, which is common with age, all of the body cladding is clean and tight. The body lines are as straight as an arrow. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptional this Mercedes-Benz is. I've owned a few of these in my life and this is probably the nicest one I've come across in several years. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this automobile. I would rate the interior of this Mercedes to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is an exceptionally clean Mercedes. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show very well throughout the interior. A full set of factory floor mats as well as a full set of rubber mats. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood veneers show very well and indicate that this Mercedes has probably spent most of its life in a garage. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The radio is original and will need the code from a Mercedes dealer. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold. A compete set of books and manuals are included...as well as a full set of keys and two remotes to an aftermarket alarm system which still works properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. In the trunk I found the original and tool kit as well as a CD changer, front window shade and a custom car cover. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this Mercedes-Benz. Mechanically, this E320 appears to be in good running and condition. The 3.2L inline six cylinder starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are impeccable. The suspension feels tight and solid. The brakes and steering feel excellent, too. The engine feels strong and there have been no idiot lights on. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. Out on the highway, this Mercedes-Benz drives exactly as it should. This is a rare opportunity to purchase an exceptional example of an exceptional automobile. If you've been looking for one of these, this E320 deserves your careful consideration. The last W124 I had that was this nice was four years ago. It was a silver/gray 1995 with 80k miles...and I haven't seen one that nice until this one. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 sedan with just 118k miles from new. The W124 is one of the best platforms ever made by Mercedes. They are well made cars that stand the test of time and are nearly indestructible when properly maintained. This specific E320 is a perfect example of what happens when a well made automobile is properly cared for. I would rate the exterior of this Merc to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see. this is a gorgeous sedan. It is finished in a very desirable medium green over tan leather. The green finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As you walk around the exterior of this Mercedes, it is hard not to be impressed. The paint looks great. Other than a loose piece of bumper trim, which is common with age, all of the body cladding is clean and tight. The body lines are as straight as an arrow. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptional this Mercedes-Benz is. I've owned a few of these in my life and this is probably the nicest one I've come across in several years. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this automobile.
I would rate the interior of this Mercedes to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is an exceptionally clean Mercedes. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show very well throughout the interior. A full set of factory floor mats as well as a full set of rubber mats. The dash and headliner are clean. The wood veneers show very well and indicate that this Mercedes has probably spent most of its life in a garage. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The radio is original and will need the code from a Mercedes dealer. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold. A compete set of books and manuals are included...as well as a full set of keys and two remotes to an aftermarket alarm system which still works properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. In the trunk I found the original and tool kit as well as a CD changer, front window shade and a custom car cover. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this Mercedes-Benz.
Mechanically, this E320 appears to be in good running and condition. The 3.2L inline six cylinder starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are impeccable. The suspension feels tight and solid. The brakes and steering feel excellent, too. The engine feels strong and there have been no idiot lights on. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. Out on the highway, this Mercedes-Benz drives exactly as it should. This is a rare opportunity to purchase an exceptional example of an exceptional automobile. If you've been looking for one of these, this E320 deserves your careful consideration. The last W124 I had that was this nice was four years ago. It was a silver/gray 1995 with 80k miles...and I haven't seen one that nice until this one. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
