Just finished full restoration on a 1968 Camaro RS. It is believed to be an original RS as all the vacuum headlight pieces were in place, including the headlight switch. The hideaway headlight grill mechanisms have been replaced with DSE electronic controls, but all original parts will go with the car. The body on the car was redone with new sheet metal from floors to roof. Have all part receipts and photos of restoration. We are a professional restoration shop in Kerrville, TX. Car is painted in Cortez Silver with Black vinyl top. New black interior and all new tires and wheels. Engine is from a 1973 Chevelle, code CKH7, with Holley 4bbl and HEI ignition. Transmission is a 1967 Muncie 4-Speed, casting # 3885010, Hurst shifter. Rear end is the very desirable BV, 4.10 posi-trac. Old Air Products supplied all new heat and air conditioner parts. Front disc brake conversion with original style rear drums. Car runs and stops great.Car does not even have 5 miles yet on it since restoration.
