By 1930 ninety percent of Park Ward's total output of bodies were on Rolls-RoycesThis 4 door touring-limousine has a division but does not have division glass (I am aware of only 3 other cars like this). It was owned by Col. Bluford H. J. Balter of New Orleans. After his death the car went to Fred Fabre until his passing, I found the car in Kansas where it was about to be shipped to California.I have owned this car for many years and never got around to finishing the restorationLast week I put gas in both carburetors and the engine started right upThe gas, brake, and transmission linkage are not hooked up so the car does not drive and needs to be trailered to it's new home.The doors have perfect fit and open/close with just two fingers. As you can see in the pictures the car is in beautiful shape I did put on brand new tires on it last week ($1,500.00).The pictures are big and clear, what you see is what you get, email me questions and I will answer them.
