Up for sale my 2003 Acura TL Type S V-6 with 232,000 highway miles Automatic A/C finished in Pearl White Exterior /Beige leather Interior, Moon roof, Bose factory Navigation. Don’t let the mileage fool you the TL looks and drives like it has 50,000 miles. Please only bid if you have the funds available and serious about making a deal. Vehicle conditionMechanically the TL runs and drives 100% the Motor runs strong, transmission shifts through every gear perfectly that means no slippage or shutter and all electrical components are in good working order. The exterior has some minor scratches, scuff on lower corner rear bumper, small rust spot on the hood and road chips to be expected with age but otherwise it’s really a pretty car. The interior is good shape driver’s seat shows wear, carpets look great. You will be hard pressed to find one with in this condition. This Acura has been well maintained and below are a list of recent maintenance items. The Transmission was rebuilt by Acura under warranty @ 100k. It shifts perfectly without any slipping or shutter. (However there is a CEL code # P0740 Torque Converter Control (TCC) Circuit Malfunction). This code came on 7000 miles ago and my mechanic reset it and it just came back on the other day. You could potential drive it for a long time without any problems but want to be honest. Timing belt, Water pump and drive belts replaced @ 105k. All work below was done within the past 3000 miles Installed new Front/Rear OEM brake pads and Rotors.Replaced both Front Wheel bearings.Installed New Lower Front ball joints.Installed Front and Rear KYB Struts, Strut mounts and Moog Sway bar end links.Installed a New Battery.Changed all 6 Platinum Spark Plugs and replaced the Cabin and Air Filter.Replaced all 4 Center Cap with OEM.Replaced front headlights.Passed N.J State inspection on 12/14. The TL runs and drives 100% all electrical is in working order and the A/C and Heat work great. The only negative thing I can say is that the Tires are noisy and you will hear it more at higher speeds but never changed them as there is 80% tread all around. Also the hood release cable get’s stuck sometimes but otherwise it’s a great car. You are more them welcome to bring your mechanic to inspect the car as I have nothing to hide. Please keep in mind this is a 200,000 mile car if you are expecting perfection please purchase something new.
