1978 Mercedes Benz 450SL Convertible. NO RESERVE!! Car is in good condition overall. Baby blue in color. Dark Blue interior. Here's the good: Car runs and drives great. Motor runs great, transmission shifts smoothly and the car rides and handles very good. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. 4.5 liter V-8, with single overhead cam and fuel injection. The brakes work wonderful. Stops great as it should. It has the hardtop and a new soft top. The heater and vents work great. The seats and dash are in good condition with some wear but no large rips tears or cracks. Has a gorgeous wooden steering wheel. It has an aftermarket Pioneer CD Radio with Kicker speakers that were professionally installed. Includes the Pioneer remote and owners manual and paperwork. It has the factory owners manual and paperwork. Also factory hardtop tool. Here's the bad: A/C does not work. Compressor is there but the belt is missing. Hoses and stuff are hooked up but I do not know what is wrong with it. The power antenna, temp gauge, cruise control, passenger power window and clock don't work. You can hear the motor running on the passenger power window but it won't go up or down. Driver's side works fine. Has small rust spots on the driver's side. See pictures. This is a great driver's car. Fun to tool around town. Very reliable mechanically. With some minor work it could be perfect. I have the factory paperwork and both keys.
