I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 with the desirable extended cab. The Ford F-Series trucks are the best selling family of trucks for a very good reason. Their reputation for reliablility and rugged construction are no secret. I would rate the exterior of this F-150 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It is finished in burgundy and tan two tone with matching tan interior. The paint has a deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. As with any older truck, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific truck, there is visible rust through on the left rocker and visible damage to the tail gate and tail gate latch (the latch will need replaced). Otherwise, she shows pretty well. The alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in a brand new set of rubber. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this truck looks. I would rate the interior of this Ford F-150 to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door panels are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The cloth seats are clean and show well for their age. The power windows, locks and mirrors work properly. The stereo is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. These trucks have the 3rd door access to the rear passenger area, which is very convenient. Mechanically, this truck appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels good, too. If I'm being picky, the brakes have some pulsation at highway-ish speeds. In normal around town driving, you probably wouldn't notice it. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The 4WD system is activated with a knob on the dash. The 4WD engages and disengages quickly and smoothly. This truck has a current safety inspection good through the end of May, 2015. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 with the desirable extended cab. The Ford F-Series trucks are the best selling family of trucks for a very good reason. Their reputation for reliablility and rugged construction are no secret. I would rate the exterior of this F-150 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It is finished in burgundy and tan two tone with matching tan interior. The paint has a deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. As with any older truck, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific truck, there is visible rust through on the left rocker and visible damage to the tail gate and tail gate latch (the latch will need replaced). Otherwise, she shows pretty well. The alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in a brand new set of rubber. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this truck looks.
I would rate the interior of this Ford F-150 to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door panels are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The cloth seats are clean and show well for their age. The power windows, locks and mirrors work properly. The stereo is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. These trucks have the 3rd door access to the rear passenger area, which is very convenient.
Mechanically, this truck appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels good, too. If I'm being picky, the brakes have some pulsation at highway-ish speeds. In normal around town driving, you probably wouldn't notice it. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The 4WD system is activated with a knob on the dash. The 4WD engages and disengages quickly and smoothly. This truck has a current safety inspection good through the end of May, 2015. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
We offer a unique way of purchasing a vehicle. We sell vehicles to the public with No Reserve auction pricing. Most of the vehicles we sell are trade-ins at new car dealerships or high volume used dealerships in the area. We get a lot of interesting, unique vehicles and many that have minor flaws. We give every vehicle a thorough test drive and a visual inspection and describe what we see and feel to you in our descriptions. We try to provide as thorough and accurate a description as possible as well as including 40-60 photos. Understand however, that we are not professional mechanics and cannot predict the future.
There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any kind of warranty.

Vehicles ten model years old and older are exempt from odometer disclosure, this is a federal law. Mileage may be listed as "exempt" or "TMU" on titles for vehicles older than ten model years old.
