Vehicle Detail
Down sizing the camper so down sizing the truck. An excellent condition F-350 dually with a strong running 6.0 diesel. All the "issues" of the 6.0 have been handled by Powerstroke Help in Georgia. Yes, I take my diesels from Ohio all the way to Georgia to have someone that knows what they're doing take care of them. Dealership service departments have been less than stellar when it comes to serious diesel repair. She's had the heads rebuild while doing the ARP studs. They've also been O-ringed to eliminate any head gasket issues. EGR delete, injectors, oil cooler, HPOP (thanks for nothing Ford Dealer), etc etc. A 6.0 is a strong running performer, and durable when the factory failings are handled. You won't be disappointed in how this truck runs. Edge Tuner/Monitor keeps tabs on the Engine/Tranny vitals. No, there's no monster tune installed and never has been. It's not a dragster. Stainless Steel exhaust that has a nice throaty here comes another diesel driving dick head note to it. Not a big dick head though. Just a medium sized one. Ginormous Zombie bustin front bumper that screams small genitals. All general maintenance was performed religiously. Brakes, oil, fuel filters, tranny service, etc. Transmission was just rebuilt by my local go-to shop using Sun Coast parts. Search. They're top notch. I've been using the same local shop for a solid 20 yrs and have always been satisfied. In short this truck needs absolutely nothing mechanically. It is 100% ready to go. Body is in excellent condition. Engine bay is clean. Inside the bed is in great condition, but it is a truck bed and has been used as such. There are dents, but for the most part you'd be hard pressed to notice because of the bed liner, which is recently refreshed. No busted glass anywhere. Cracked, chipped, or otherwise. Included but not shown in the the pictures is a Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch and also a Reese Goose Neck Adapter because it just makes amazing sense that when you design a new truck you also make sure your customer has to go buy a new freaking hitch because the old one won't fit anymore. The interior is the standard King Ranch Marlboro Man ugly as sin saddle leather that was popular at the time. Ok, maybe ugly as sin is a little extreme but suffice to say I never really cared for it. A bit over the top for my taste. It's in good shape with the exception of the drivers seat. The outside edge suffered a few too many years of my arse dragging across it while doing the ol' in & out and it's worn through on the edge. The foam underneath is good to go though. I would imagine a bottom cover could be sourced via that supplier of all things needed, ebay. There's a bunch of pictures. I've tried to show everything as best I can, but if you have a question about something I didn't think to shoot, just shout and I'll answer. Any questions at all as far as that goes. Payment is cash money, or direct wire transfer. No checks, period. I don't care if it's signed by The Big Man himself, no checks. No, I won't take your official Bank of Wackystan bank check for 10 million dollars and send you back the difference, keeping $100,000 for my trouble. I won't even take your Navy Federal Credit Union certified bank check because the last time I did that I ended up $20k in the red before the various banks involved got their chit figured out. It worked out in the end but the first day I saw all that red just about had me blowing chunks out both ends. Deposit of $200 within 48 hrs or I move on. Twenty Four hours might be a bit unreasonable (been there), but 48 is not. If you want it shipped, it's on your dime and you arrange. I can get it loaded on to just about anything likely to show up on my door step, so that isn't an issue. I've done it before. Do yourself a favor. Insure it. Once her tires leave my gravel she's all yours. Reasonable reserve, no I won't tell you. She's a nice truck. Bid to win.
