1969 VW Bus roller project.CLICK HERE FOR MORE PICTURES! Up for sale is a 1969 VW type 2 Bus project, it’s a solid body with minimal rust and mostly complete. The majority of the bus has been sanded, to bare metal, and etch primed to protect it from the elements. It is currently ready for body work and rust repair. Thankfully there isn't much rust to patch, to my knowledge this was an Arizona bus its whole life and the only rust spots I've found are underneath the sliding door, the front bumper, bumper mounts (front and rear) and a bit in the rear skirt. I've taken pictures of all the rust I could find as well as the previously made patches in the engine bay and drivers compartment. The biggest knock body wise is the trailer style roof vent that a previous owner cut in, I’d recommend sourcing a roof clip off of thesamba.com that you can use for a repair panel. We've tried to mock up as much of the car as possible to give you a better idea of what’s there, I also have laid out and taken pictures of all the bits and bobs that we have. The transaxle is there and should be a good builder. Most of the glass is there but it’s missing some side glass and a windshield.The bus is sold with a Clean AZ title and a bill of sale.
