This very rare, low-mileage 1985.5 Pininfarina Spider Azzurra (Europa) is presented in silver with a black interior and is mostly stock, as is preferable. The Spider convertible still makes a bold statement and offers relatively inexpensive, fun, wind-in-the-face top down motoring. Designed by legendary Italian stylist and coachbuilder Pininfarina, who also marketed the car for its final production years, and it echoes the styling of their Ferrari 275GTS. The engine is a 1995cc twin cam L4 with Bosch fuel-injection that produces 128bhp @ 5100rpm. Its backed by a 5-speed manual transmission with all synchro gears and floor shift. The very desirable final production 1985.5 year edition debuted with larger disc brakes, a steering rack (vs the previous box)and a luggage shelf with dual storage cubbyholes. This beauty has been well cared for and has undergone restoration by Fiat specialist, Roadster Salon in Chicago, and is cosmetically and mechanically sound and ready to cruise.
