Vehicle Detail

2005 Ford Mustang Premium with Service Contract! valid until 4/25/2016 or 115,517 miles! (That's about 16 months or 21,000 miles) FORD EXTRACARE. $100 deductible per visit. Very nice muscle-car inspired BLACK FORD MUSTANG with "RARE" Red Leather seats and door panels. Awesome Look!! Affordable opportunity to get into a smooth-riding, sporty-looking, performance-sounding, tunes-rocking car! At 10 years old, this 'Stang has tons of fine cruising left in it. It is truely fun to drive and there is no question it evokes a special feeling when behind the wheel. Feels like 1968...but with the modern safety and mechanical improvements. 93,000 miles (give or take a few). Strong mechanically. Purrrs with a low growl as if it was a big-block 8-cylinder of the old days, but is a efficient 4.0L 6-cylinder. EPA estimated 19/25 MPG and our actual numbers have matched that generally. Please see the photos of the options and features installed in this Mustang. Mechanical: runs smooth, is quick, has been reliable with few repairs needed. Ready to Roll! Known Issues: Oil pressure gauge does not opperate. This can be repaired under the service contract. Interior: Clean and I would say in way-above-average condition for the age of the vehicle. No rips or tears in the leather seat surfaces. Don't overlook the Shaker 1000 audio system with trunk amplifier! Wow! Issues: Front buckets seats do have a few scratches on the sitting surfaces. These maybe could be improved with leather treatement? Radio buttons/knobs have labels worn off or worn down for some. Exterior: No dents, no rust holes. Finish shines well and makes you smile when you finish with a car wash! Issues: I have factored in the following items in setting my asking price, bidders should do the same. The roof panel has several small cracks in the finish that are slightly raised. They are noticeable only when up close and mostly are not noticeable when the car is a bit dirty. They are difficult to see in my attempts to photo them. The top panels (hood, fender tops, roof, trunk deck, etc) have an over-spray kind of blemish on them. Not sure what caused that. This is also dificult to see in photos and in general is noticeable only when up close and mostly not noticeable when the car is a bit dirty. However, it does exist. FULL DISCLOSURE. Given the 10-year age of the car, I chose not to throw money at these items because I felt the car looks mighty fine going down the road and when parked. I got estimates of about $800 to do a top-of-the-line auto finish restoration process...this could be a course to take to improve the finish to almost like-new condition. Warranty: This is the AWESOME PART!!! ...a FORD Service Contract is transferrable to a new owner for, I think, $75 fee. This coverage is quasi "bumper-to-bumper" but does have a few exceptions in fine print. Also includes towing and rental car provisions. Please ask any questions you have. I will consider assisting in driving the Mustang a distance to help with delivery if that would be needed, with some agreed upon charge based on the distance circumstances.
