For auction is my 1966 BMW R 27. It’s a European model and is thought to have been a Belgian police bike at some point in history. This is based on what the seller told me at the time that I purchased it and he based that on white color and left side frame side stand. I do not know the history of this machine and cannot answer any questions as such. I can attest that it turns over readily and in my humble opinion will not need much to be running. I feel it is an excellent platform for restoration or for just to use as a putt around town rider. It could essentially also serve as an excellent parts donor for another machine needing restoration. I am a middle age professional with several bike and car projects and with a family and super busy professional life this machine is just sitting here and frankly needs to go to a good home. It is an as is where is no warranty machine based on age and condition depicted in the photos. I have a set of new tank metal rim borders and new tank rubbers that I bought in Germany that are included in the sale. Thanks for the interest.
