1978 Ford F150 4WD Short bed, 6.6 400M, C6 Auto. Located in Lake Havasu City Arizona, 86406. I purchased this truck a couple of months ago for my sons first car, but his grades have dropped dramatically recently, so I need this GONE. Major short term loss, but I dont care. Truck was purchased locally, and was in driveable condition, but leaked a fair amount of oil. Arizona car with only a few small spots of rust under factory rubber mat, no other rust anywhere on vehicle. Bed is excellent with no dents on floor, new tailgate. Cab floor was professionally repaired ($1250) with rusty areas removed, area sandblasted, flanged, fully welded repair sections, POR15 and sealed. Looks perfect. New Water Pump, Timing cover plate, timing chain, intake gasket, Flywheel, new rod and main bearings (Excellent Crankshaft), Oil pan gasket, and rear main seal. Would need nothing other than install. A/C blew ice cold when removed. Transmission has a performance rebuild with complete Heavy Duty Alto kit. New modulator, Servo, and new heavy duty torque converter.Transfer case has new seals and gaskets. Over $1500 in new parts from LMC included also. New tinted rear sliding window, door and window molding kit, door panels, carpet kit with sound deadener kit, gauge cover, seat foam and velour/vinyl top of the line seat cover (includes hog rings and would only need assembly), new headlight buckets, fuel tank removed, cleaned and reinstalled. I know I missed a few items, so I'll try to update as I remember. Truck needs drivetrain reinstalled, and very little else to be fully operational. I officially quit, and I will not put any more effort into this truck. I have listed this truck as honestly and fairly as possible. Vehicle is sold in as is condition. Clear title.
